Młoda Muzyka Dawna

Open Call

OPEN CALL MMD is open to Polish and European artists up to the age of 35 who form small (up to 5 members) instrumental, vocal, or vocal-instrumental ensembles.

OPEN CALL MMD is an artistic residency program for young, talented musicians from Poland and across Europe. It is part of the accompanying initiatives of the Young Early Music Festival. The aim of the residency is to provide a space for creative work, the exchange of ideas, and artistic growth in an inspiring and supportive environment. Participants have the opportunity to present their projects on the festival stage and take part in events co-organized with the festival’s partners.

Residents are invited to the scenic Old Paper Mill Museum in Łapino, where, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Kashubian landscape, they spend several days developing their projects and artistic visions. The program also offers support in creating promotional materials, including the opportunity to participate in a professional photo shoot and produce audio-video clips to promote their ensemble. In addition, participants can take part in one-on-one consultations with a branding expert.
